The initial model of Society Sync was a website which was the combination of all modules(Resident module, Secretary module, Watchman module). The website module was made up using HTML 5 , CSS 3 and JavaScript in the frontend and for the backend we used Java along with Apache tomcat server for local hosting. The website covered 3 abstraction levels for each of the modules and had all the basic society management features like maintenance, solution to parking and complaint features etc.

"Society Sync'' is a society management software in the form of a website/app which provides a better way for management of residential societies. It is a step towards digitalization and improved transparency in the work of societies. It will also help the authorities in maintaining records. The watchman module will ensure that the security part of society is functioned & maintained digitally also it will minimize the work of the watchman and increase efficiency at the same time. The secretary module will have all the administrational features like attendance of watchman, payment dues of the residents etc which again makes his/her job easier & more efficient. The resident module will contain features useful for them like participating in polls, raising complaints, daily notifications, knowledge about their maintenance bills, activity of their vehicles etc. It provides various features like Visitor Management, Parking, Maintenance, Polling, Amenities Management, Attendance management etc. So, as a whole society management software is handling & managing the society digitally which as a result provides better security, better efficiency, better involvement, hassle free management, easy administration, better maintenance of records etc.

Our App provides users with a complete package of all the features that are required to manage a society. It makes sure that each and every person of society can make complete interaction with it and its user friendliness makes it easier to interact. The idea is to provide a unique society management platform which can be used by small scale as well as large scale societies. As this website provides basic features of maintaining bills, amenities, cleanliness, parking etc. It also provides advanced features of visitor management, Amenities management as well. The need of this product is increasing day by day in the market as it digitalizes the whole security management process and reduces the task of residents, secretary and watchmen and also brings transparency to the whole process. Individual safety and security is very important and amidst the current Covid-19 situation it becomes very much necessary to conduct the security measures by maintaining social distancing. That is the reason our project majorly focuses upon the safety of the visitors as well as the residents of the society. All of the data is on Google cloud and gets the security of Google cloud services. I have used the latest technology in our system where our USP will be the smart utilization of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. I have used technologies like Text Recognition, face recognition in a way which will be beneficiary to society. I also have used IVR calls, OTP verification, Password encryption, separate storage for textual and pixel containing data. I have tried to make the UI as user friendly as possible and at the same time kept it modern and aesthetic.
